Elite Technical is seeking a Business Development / Sales Professional. Staffing or consulting sales experience is preferred. This position is offered as fulltime or part-time with a generous base, plus commission, compensation plan. Our Company provides IT and Engineering staffing services to mid-size and large businesses, mostly on the east coast. We are currently seeking to expand our client base, by becoming an approved supplier, subcontractor or provide services on a SOW basis. The candidate must possess a proven ability to prospect, develop business, build relationships and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. In addition, they must have a solid history of providing services or solutions to Program or Project Managers and possess solid negotiation and presentation skills. Individuals experienced in sales and account managers who have a strong drive to win over new clients and build new business are an ideal fit for this position. Our plan is to hire someone who can ramp quickly. Job Duties & Responsibilities: The primary focus for this position is to bring in new clients. Additionally, you will be asked to: - Develop and execute a Business Development plan - Obtain a thorough understanding of company services and cross-selling opportunities - Identify and develop leads into new accounts through prospecting and lead follow-up - Conduct outbound calls - Maintain customer records, using our custom cloud-based CRM #urgent #remote
