Compensation Maximum:$125,600.00/year

Summary:

Job Family Summary

Leads the development and implementation of new business technology platforms and the enhancement of existing systems. Evaluates new technology and identifies systems and business data requirements. Recommends appropriate systems and technology alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems. Provides administration and support services for key business technology platforms and systems.
Maintains systems-related internal controls and ensures the integrity and completeness of source system transaction data. Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives. Some staff may specialize in process/robotics or report automation.

• Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.
• May lead functional teams or projects.

Primary Accountabilities

• Conducts advanced data analysis with the ability to query enterprise-scale databases and problem solving with the use of data from associated systems.
• Queries large databases/source systems to explore defects, problem-solving and testing of defects.
• Engages with IT and represents the business on business issues and requirements for large and complex system projects.
• Partners with stakeholders to understand needs, gather and analyze business requirements, perform data analysis, assist in change management, training and testing efforts.
• Gathers and document business rules functional requirements and data definitions.
• Collaborates to resolve inconsistencies and inadequacies in requirements.
• Partners with IT to develop user acceptance testing and quality assurance test scenarios and cases working to ensure data delivery meets business requirements. Collaborates with stakeholders to produce and maintain accurate test documentation.
• Performs impact analysis and communicates changes and impact to those affected.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
• Demonstrated experience in the configuration, support, analysis and problem solving related to enterprise systems.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of unit, functional, and performance testing along with testing automation.
• Demonstrated experience developing user acceptance testing plans and strategies.
• Demonstrated experience working with process workflows and processing systems.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of process management and how technology can be used to automate and improve business processes.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, practices, techniques and tools.
• Demonstrated experience using multiple facilitation techniques and other methods to elicit and document requirements and resolve conflicts among project stakeholders.
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Solid knowledge of general business operations, objectives, and strategies.

Working Conditions

• Ability to participate in 24x7 off hour/on call on a rotating basis.

Travel Requirements

• This position requires travel up to 10% of the time.

Solid knowledge and understanding of types of data and data management concepts

Generalized Skills/Prior Experience: 

Demonstrated experience using analytical skills to solve business problems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient with MS Office products.

Prior experience with Jira and Confluence Preferred.

Minimum two years in a systems analyst, business analyst, or comparable role.

Demonstrated experience participating in, leading, or contributing to large, complex projects across multiple teams.
