Qualifications:

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field required.

 

Experience

Two years professional Human Resources experience required.

Previous Compensation experience required.

Previous experience working in the healthcare industry is preferred

Competent in HRIS systems.

Broad knowledge of compensation and HR management practices.

Knowledge of federal and state wage and hour regulations.

Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft programs especially Excel.

Strong interpersonal skills excellent communication and organizational skills required.

An ability to work with colleagues and leadership at all levels is essential

 

Certificates Licenses Registrations

Professional in Human Resources (PHR)-Preferred
