Duties & Responsibilities
* Responsible for all IT support tickets and field services
* Scheduling retail deployments
* Assist retail and office employees with IT needs
* Ticket escalation resource tier ¾ for all type of support requests
* Manage helpdesk ticket metrics 85% resolved within one business day
* Testing, and troubleshooting, system administration
