Looking for a great position at one of the fastest-growing medical call center in Charleston? Staffmark wants to talk to you! We are seeking Referral Management Specialists for a top Hospital area employer.

Start times range from 8:30am - 5:00pm Mon-Friday (weekend may be required) and pay starts at $14.50 an hour. If you have previous medical, customer service experience, excellent phone skills, and a willingness to go above and beyond to help customers, this may be the job for you. Apply today!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound calls.
  • Collecting information from clients.
  • Entering and processing of information.

Job Qualifications:

  • 1 year of prior experience with telephone customer service.
  • Excellent digital literacy.
  • High school diploma.
