This position is open to remote work via Telehealth to those living in Oregon, Washington or Idaho, who have or are able to obtain Oregon licensure.

(We will cover expense of Oregon licensure).

 

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatrist to join High Lakes Health Care. You will work in our integrated Behavior Health department, embedded within our Primary Care clinic, working side-by-side our primary care providers.

  • Psychiatric NP (PMHNP) 
  • Solid work experience in the field
