Job Overview:

As Real Estate Services Specialist you will have the opportunity to assist the Facilities & Branch Services Manager in coordinating branch repairs and maintenance, remodels, lease negotiations, and site selection analysis for new branches and relocations.

As a Real Estate Services Specialist, you will:
  • Assist with identifying and recommending site locations for new and relocating branches (site selection process includes gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources as well as working with vendors and local real estate brokers)
  • Negotiate building leases with landlords
  • Coordinate with vendors and operations staff to arrange repairs and maintenance for all branches including progress tracking, verification of completion and invoicing and reporting
  • Evaluate effectiveness and efficiency of branch supply portals to include pricing, selection, and availability
  • Ensure corporate standards are met for all branch relocations and remodels (verify each branch complies with approved footprint with respect to office size, space allocation, furniture supplies, flooring, paint, signage, etc.; handling design and layout to produce a professional appearance)
  • Arrange branch signage installation to include verification of legal, compliance, and marketing approvals, quotes, pricing, and scheduling
  • Support Branch Service Coordinators and Lease Administration functions

You could be a great addition as a Real Estate Services Specialist, if you have:
  • Must be located in SC, GA, or TN
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Facilities and Branch Services environment to include supply chain, leasing, and signage
  • Experience working to establish processes, workflows, and standard procedures
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong computer skills; experience in MS Office Suite
  • Experience working in a multi-site setting
  • Ability to learn and understand company operations and key management personnel
  • Ability to learn and utilize layout design software (GIZA)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; Spanish a plus
