Remote Contract Recruiter job at Miami EST, Miami

Endeavor Schools is looking for a Remote Contract Recruiter to support high-volume recruitment efforts.  This is a remote position with a 3-month contract (Eligible for extension depending on business needs).

Job responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a network of diverse candidates by using direct sourcing, social media, job boards, company career site, internal referrals, and other means to source candidates
• Successfully source, screen, engage, and interview candidates quickly
• Ensure a positive candidate experience
• Partner with hiring managers to offer support, as needed
