A Brief Overview
The HRIS Specialist maintains and organizes human resources information within Workday, the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Assists with Workday implementations and continuous system improvements. The HRIS Specialist reports to the Senior Manager, HRIS, Data & Reporting on the corporate human resources team.

What you will do
  • Designs and maintains Workday in support of Orchid's data management and reporting needs.
  • Ensures accuracy and integrity of organizational data within Workday.
  • Creates standard and ad hoc queries or reports.
  • Provides data summaries or statistical analysis for use in strategic planning or decision-making.
  • Follows established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data.
  • Prepares end-user documentation or training materials as needed.

Education Qualifications
  • Bachelor - Computer and Information Sciences (Required)

Experience Qualifications
  • 5+ Years of experience with SaaS systems such as: Salesforce, Workday, OneStream, EtQ, QMS, or ComplianceWire (Required)
  • Experience using Workday, or a similar HRIS (Required)
  • Experience working with external vendors on implementations, integrations, and/or escalated issues (Required)
