Position Description
Develops engaging training content materials and performs classroom training, in-service training, virtual training for all:

Pre-registration, Registration, Admissions, PBX, Room Control, Denials Management, Audit, Commercial Collections, Customer Service, Government Reimbursement, Commercial Reimbursement, Financial Counseling, Self Pay Collections, Insurance Verifications, Financial Assistance, and any other Revenue Cycle functions.
Position Requirements
1. BS, BA, or Associate's degree in Business, Health Administration, or Education; plus two (2) years training & education course development or teaching experience.
High School diploma or equivalent; plus three (3) years admissions experience and two (2) years training & education course development or teaching experience.

2. Excellent oral and written communication skills; skills and experience in coaching, group facilitation and conflict resolution.
3. Functional knowledge of ADT and related systems
4. Skilled in the use and application of Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Word, Excel, Access, & Outlook) or equivalent.

1. Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Education or related field.
2. Demonstrated knowledge of billing, insurance verification, and collection procedures.
3. Functional knowledge of McKesson STAR ADT registration system.
4. Demonstrated knowledge of Federal and State regulations
5. Deomonstrated knowledge of JCAHO requirements
6. CHAA (Certified Healthcare Access Associate) or CPAR (Certified Patient Account Representative)

License/Certification Requirements: No

Work Hours: M- F 7a-3:45p

Weekend Requirements: No
