We are seeking one Talent Acquisition Manager. The position can be remote, or the position can work from our Corporate office in Maitland, FL.
Required hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 Eastern Standard Time.
Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisitions Manager is responsible for all operational recruitment efforts. This includes the talent acquisition strategy, applicant tracking system management, employer brand management of job boards and company social media sites, driving candidate flow, and actively recruiting.

Essential Qualifications:

Education/Licensure/Certification: A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources or other business-related fields.
Experience Requirement: Minimum of 5 years of actual high volume recruiting experience, and 2 years of Management experience required. Experience in managing recruiting in a dynamic and agile healthcare environment is highly desirable. Talent Acquisition Management experience preferred.
Required Knowledge: Experience evaluating, implementing, and leveraging recruitment technology systems/applicant tracking systems. Highly organized, independent, and entrepreneurial by nature, high attention to detail, follow-up, and the ability to prioritize. A thirst for current industry trends, best practices in global talent acquisition, and forward-thinking, innovative recruiting vision. Knowledge of employer branding and social media management best practices. Ability to adapt and embrace rapidly changing priorities. Technology aptitude and experience maximizing recruitment systems and data.
Skill and Ability: Outstanding customer service skills and interpersonal skills. A passion for technology, analytics, and building an employer brand. Enthusiasm to share learnings and insights with others in an concise and compelling style. Experience developing sourcing strategies through a variety of channels including the use of social media platforms, events, and vendor relationships.
