We are seeking one Talent Acquisition Manager. The position can be remote, or the position can work from our Corporate office in Maitland, FL.

 

Required hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 Eastern Standard Time.

 

Job Summary:

 

The Talent Acquisitions Manager is responsible for all operational recruitment efforts. This includes the talent acquisition strategy, applicant tracking system management, employer brand management of job boards and company social media sites, driving candidate flow, and actively recruiting. 

 

Essential Functions:

  • Develop talent acquisition strategies to ensure overriding company business objectives and goals are met. 
  • Evaluate the current recruitment process and identify ways to manage, improve, and streamline the external and internal candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the employment brand and manage the job board and/or social media feedback. Participate in candidate outreach initiatives and job fairs to build an employer brand and generate consistent candidate flow. 
  • Partner with various business leaders on recruitment strategy to ensure that hiring managers are finding and selecting qualified candidates in a timely manner. 
  • Lead the recruiting team towards maximizing the team's strengths and experience for top performance.
  • In collaboration with the hiring manager and Director of Human Resources, review, evaluate, modify, and finalize job descriptions for existing and new roles as needed. 
  • Manage the effectiveness and efficiency of the company's applicant tracking system and/or other related system connections. Review and revise applicant tracking system communications to ensure all communications are updated and in compliance with federal, state, local, and/or company requirements. 
  • Assess team structure and alignment with our internal business partners to drive the best results for the company. 
  • Manage the recruiting budget, vendors, and all associated recruiting expenses and report on third party cost. Prepare, manage and utilize recruiting data and metrics to report on  and drive key decisions and provide solutions to impact the business' key objectives
  • Drives job posting optimization initiatives and identifies opportunities to refine the talent acquisition process to improve efficiencies and the candidate experience
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop specific recruiting strategies based on market conditions.
  • Manage hard to fill job openings using innovative sourcing channels designed,but not limited too, identify top talent including social media, resume mining, diversity resources, and networking
  • Utilizes the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to increase efficiencies in the recruiting process and identify potential candidates.
  • Drives and manages the candidate experience throughout the selection process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

Education/Licensure/Certification: A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources or other business-related fields. 

 

Experience Requirement: Minimum of 5 years of actual high volume recruiting experience, and 2 years of Management experience required. Experience in managing recruiting in a dynamic and agile healthcare environment is highly desirable. Talent Acquisition Management experience preferred. 

 

Required Knowledge:  Experience evaluating, implementing, and leveraging recruitment technology systems/applicant tracking systems. Highly organized, independent, and entrepreneurial by nature, high attention to detail, follow-up, and the ability to prioritize. A thirst for current industry trends, best practices in global talent acquisition, and forward-thinking, innovative recruiting vision. Knowledge of employer branding and social media management best practices. Ability to adapt and embrace rapidly changing priorities. Technology aptitude and experience maximizing recruitment systems and data.

 

Skill and Ability: Outstanding customer service skills and interpersonal skills. A passion for technology, analytics, and building an employer brand. Enthusiasm to share learnings and insights with others in an concise and compelling style. Experience developing sourcing strategies through a variety of channels including the use of social media platforms, events, and vendor relationships.
