Workday Software Engineer - Remote

The Automobile Club of Southern California is seeking to hire Workday Software Engineers experienced in HCM Core Services, including but not limited to: Onboarding, Compensation, Recruiting, Absence, Benefits, Payroll and Talent Management, Workday Studio and Reports Design and expertise in integration support and development. The positions will work onsite or remotely with our development team housed in our Costa Mesa Administrative Office.   

Please Note: This position is 100% remote; however, you must reside within driving distance of our office in Coppell, TX to attend meetings and team collaboration. 

Responsibilities

• Provide complete functional and technical support to the business and functional areas and other internal customers using Workday HCM, Payroll & Finance.

• Serve as the primary Workday configurations, Integrations, and administration expert for all HCM modules functionality, including end-to-end implementation and testing and custom reports and analytics development. 

• Responsible for the support of the integration, including troubleshooting and building/enhancing both Workday-packaged and custom integrations using Workday Studio and other web technologies.

• Responsible for understanding and translating business requirements into Workday solutions and execution of the initiatives.

• Perform duties within the context of Agile Practices on a scrum team.

Qualifications:

• Experienced in Workday HCM (Core, Compensation, Recruiting, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits).

• 5+ years’ verifiable experience in software engineering and/or related experience.

• Workday Analytics, Tableau Analytics

• Experience in the effective use of Microsoft Stack and SSIS is a plus

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
