We’re seeking a team leader for a new inbound & outbound business development team for a successful ecommerce marketing & training agency selling both professional services and digital subscriptions.
You will be comfortable:
Building a business development team over time as more resources gradually become available and processes are tested & proven
Understanding that on day one you will be solely responsible for the full inbound & outbound Business Development lifecycle from prospecting, qualifying inbound leads etc all the way to handing sales calls with leads.
Selling both professional services & digital subscriptions
Desired skills & experience:
Inbound lead scoring & CRM management
Managing virtual assistants to help with outbound marketing materials
Native-level spoken & written English
Knowledge/experience of ecommerce would be a significant plus
Experience in team building and hiring is optional but would be a significant plus
A can-do/roll-up-the-sleeves attitude is essential during the initial team-building phase (minimum 3 months)
