Supervision Assist is looking for a motivated individual to work as a Customer Success Specialist
with our SA Product Support Team. Supervision Assist
is 100% remote, and this position is as well.
Launched in 2016, Supervision Assist is a comprehensive HIPAA-secure application that integrates all the tools universities, supervisors, and students need for successful practicum and internship training in mental & behavioral health and related professions. We're a small start-up accomplishing big changes in higher education.
As a Customer Success Specialist your primary job will be to support customers who are currently using Supervision Assist and to help potential customers understand the value that Supervision Assist can bring. You'll be working under direction of the Supervision Assist Product Manager alongside a dedicated team of professionals working to improve our customer experience and refine our product delivery. You will also have the opportunity to grow and define your role.
This position will have strong emphasis on written communication. Applicants should have very strong English language skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate and persuade in written communication.
