The person we want to hire:
- Has an excellent command of English.
- Has +1 years of experience in Customer Support.
- Is ready to work for clients that are in GMT-4 to GMT-7 time zones.
- Is ready to work on a B2B contract.
- Knows how vital Customer Experience is and why.
- Prefers to follow his/her path and doesn’t need to be guided.
- Speaks up, knows how to point out pros and cons, likes to be engaged in discussions.
- Values independence and can use it to his/her advantage.
