The District Partnerships Account Manager is a high performing sales manager committed to creating positive impacts in the education committee. The District Partnerships Account Manager is focused on creating and expanding opportunities within the key district that support priorities and initiatives around learning in a rapidly growing territory. This position is responsible for proactive client acquisition, management of strategic relationships, and development of territories and achievement of sales goals.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Initiate strong new district partnerships and create growth in current partnerships to drive sales and adoption of learning committees for programs through strategic planning and implementation
  • Establish industry expertise and develop multi-level relationships through consultations, presentations, trainings, and webinars based on strong learning market knowledge
  • Lead district program rollout, training and ongoing relationship support to ensure program usage and build enduring partnerships
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals through new and renewal sales
  • Actively represent organization at conferences and events to promote awareness and build relationships with strategic partners and clients
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams including educational partnerships, client success and support implementation and others to ensure proactive client support
  • Forecast and manage pipeline activity for accurate account planning

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required from a 4 year accredited institution
  • Extensive background in the educational market
  • Proven track record of managing complex district or client partnerships to include impactful program adoptions, effective implementations and ongoing engagement
  • Excellent communication skills and successful experience with group presentations
  • Ability to work and collaborate in office or remotely and the ability to travel as needed

Physical Requirements

Pay: $70,000k - $85,000k per year DOE + Commission
