The Account Executive reports to the Director of Sales, and is located in Nashville, TN.

Position Summary

The Account Executive is responsible for attracting new customer accounts and fostering relationships with existing accounts. This position is also responsible for managing the entire sales process – from pitching to prospective customers, to closing the deal, and making sure each customer is happy with the final product.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • CFSP certification preferred or must complete CFSP Test within first 3 years of employment
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience
  • Exceptional computer skills in the operation and functioning of all programs used by the organization, including advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn and utilize company enterprise software

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain productive, long-term, and trustworthy relationships with current and potential customers
  • Meet with client to discuss their needs/requirements
  • Meet and exceed set sales and margin targets on a monthly basis
  • Manage and execute the sales strategy within the assigned territory
  • Develop and implement strategies to create new revenue opportunities within existing accounts
  • Pursue new accounts which includes cold calling and lead generation (both in person and over the phone)
  • Participate in marketing and industry events such as trade shows, customer conferences, and conventions
  • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
