The Opportunity

UserTesting is seeking an Account Executive for our SMB segment that is comfortable managing their own full sales cycle, outgoing, organized, and someone that works best in a collaborative environment . The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of sales experience or provable track record of exceeding their quota, preferably in a SaaS environment.

We’re a market leader with 13 years of experience and are talking to the COOLEST startups who are disrupting all industries who want testing throughout their entire development process. If you have a passion for selling to startups and a strong interest in selling to UX, UI, and PM teams, we’d love to chat with you.

Responsibilities
  • Passionately evangelize remote user research & testing to startups
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel your pipeline, while managing leads generated through marketing campaigns
  • Conduct product demos
  • Manage full sales-cycle in a consultative manner, including contract negotiations
  • Optimize pipeline while meeting the weekly/monthly activity goals you set for yourself
  • Prioritize opportunities and manage your time & resources appropriately
  • Coach team members and accept coaching whenever it is given
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years of sales experience or provable track record of exceeding a high quota in a transactional sales environment, preferably with SaaS experience
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Able to thrive in a startup environment—moves quickly, thinks strategically and is good at tactical execution
  • Passion for web technologies and great user experience
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
