We are in the Specialty Chemical/Industrial/Municipal supply business and no two days will ever be the same. The necessary skills and habits are intelligence, problem solving, authenticity, professional prospecting ability, cold calling, persuasive manner, routines, regimentation, planfulness, hardworking, computing skills, drive, positivity, and the desire to do something important for your customers and yourself.


Continental has been very fortunate to do well during the tough years of 2020-2021 because we sell direct to great customers, who need what we sell, frequently have “must spend budgets” and mostly want good service from people who are easy to do business with; people like us. Our clients range from rural townships to many of the industrial giant name brand manufacturers nationwide. Previous Industrial/Chemical sales experience is often a plus, yet not a requirement.


The Broad Brushstrokes:


We offer a top shelf earnings plan including salary, commissions, a great bonus program, complete health & qualified retirement benefits. We will show you a simple compensation plan for first year earnings of $70,000 to $80,000. Top third of our sales force earns $100,000 to $200,000.
