Handwrytten, the world's leading provider of automated handwritten notes, is seeking an entry-level account manager to join the growing team in the Phoenix office. The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented with a drive to achieve goals and maintain a great customer experience. You will be able to suggest forward-thinking ideas to promote our brand and work closely with clients to understand their needs. This individual will have excellent communication abilities and negotiation skills. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Support other account managers and customer service in the day-to-day handling of client requests
  • Work with key accounts to provide product solutions, develop new business, and to ensure satisfaction
  • Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external contact


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Excel (school experience can be considered sufficient)
  • Excellent English writing and verbal skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills


This is an office position and not remote work. Salary will be based upon experience and will include generous benefits including healthcare and retirement. This is not a sales opportunity, but commissions are given for upselling existing accounts.
