Digital Transformation company require a Business Development Executive - Hunter - New Logo) – AVP. Responsible for new logo acquisition for services portfolio in the region.

Work collaboratively with Clients to identify opportunities and design solutions which right-fit the requirement. This position is an Individual Contributor role and will represent in the region, Identify New Business opportunities, unravel the opportunities in Market segments/industry verticals), Exceed set targets and work with cross-functional team to achieve Business goals.

Participate and team up with technical, presales and partner specialists to provide complete solutions to customers. Responsible to drive deals from opportunity identification, validation, qualification to closing the Deal.

Responsible to build and propose transformational services to customers, identify triggers, build and develop business case, provide relevant and sound business & technical advice to the customer and make recommendations. Map competition and develop appropriate winning sales strategies. Experience of having worked on deals with 25Mn TCV.

Entrepreneurial and a self-driven professional. High energy, self-motivated, and highly driven to achieve results. Proven record of successfully achieving sales targets OB, Revenue, Margin and goals. Ability to create and mine leads, cold call and build relationships. Ability to work across multiple channels of lead gen, conferences, events, social media, content syndication and build relationships with technology partners and advisors to generate leads, position and sell Digital Solutions portfolio. Well versed with the nuances of the Geography and well networked. Ability to leverage partner/alliance ecosystem to generate opportunities. Executive Presence with good written and verbal communication skills; Ability to work comfortably with key executives in customer organizations. Good Business and financial acumen. Strong Relationship management skills. Knowledge and experience of working with an Indian offshore provider. Results oriented and good decision making skills. Sound knowledge of both in-premise and cloud offerings; Microsoft, Google, AWS, Cisco & VMWARE workloads. Has undergone complex technical and sales training (Solution Selling, Miller Hyman, SPIN, Michael Bosworth, Holden). Ability to adapt to changing/dynamic environment.

Graduate, with a Master’s in Business Administration from a premier institute preferred

10+ years of Sales experience in an IT Services company out of which a min of 5+ years must be in the region. At least 5 years’ experience in selling managed services, optimization and integration services to customers at C Level (Executives). Candidate should have experience in services and solution selling i.e. IT Infrastructure management services. Should have good knowledge of IT Infrastructure technologies (Server/Storage/Network/Voice/Cloud/Security/Workplace Services. & IT Service Management)

Candidate with experience of selling App Dev and App Support will be a plus. Candidate must possess excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills.
