Job Description

DeepBrain AI’s AI Human solution is growing at a rapid pace, helping millions of people who would like to transform for digitalization. You will be part of the DeepBrain AI Global Business Development team, focused on finding business leads, developing, and frequently sharing them with the HQ team. As a Business Development Manager for DeepBrain AI, America, you will use your business acumen and extensive industry knowledge to manage, drive and build a pipeline of amazing video synthesis solutions in the USA. You will also help partners manage business growth creation, and expand new business opportunities. Your role will not only be limited to partnership management, but also you will be responsible for the healthy growth of the ecosystem in the U.S. market. Areas such as broadcast station, media, education, customer engagement, and finance can be examples that you will drive within the team.

Required Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Practical Experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience and knowledge within the startup ecosystem
  • Passion for startups –understanding of how startups operate and the unique characteristics of startup ecosystems and communities
  • Some relevant business level technical knowledge (fundamentals of AI-related trends, with the ability to differentiate between various similar services)
  • Ability to communicate DeepBrain AI's value proposition to clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects and handle a high volume of engagements - work prioritization, planning, and task delegation
  • Legally able to work in the United States

Preferred Qualification

  • Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills, both with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience with account management, relationship management, or technical sales
  • In-depth experience operating within cross-functional teams and the ability to track, review, and communicate sales performance to Global Business Team.
  • Extensive existing B2B network within various customer-facing industries
  • Capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, including the C-suite. Ideal for an individual who wants to expand their career with a fast-growing software company.
  • Management professional with direct experience with top-tier System Integrators (SI) including solution development delivery, project management, and business development.


  • Build understanding of business strategy beyond AI, and find opportunities in broader video industry perspective.
  • Define sales strategies and execute go-to-market plans that can positively influence and transform the ecosystem.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and the broad spectrum of other functions (product, engineering, marketing), to garner resources on strategy execution.
  • Identify priorities for high potential business leads, provide actionable insights to shape business, and manage the solution implementation process.
  • Navigate industry and ecosystem environments by being a spokesperson for DeepBrain AI and identify innovation and commercial business development opportunities.
