Responsibilities
  • Support client partners in existing business while growing new business opportunities
  • Engage prospects through outreach to develop new sales opportunities
  • Generate lists of target prospects through research and data analysis
  • Explain VidMob’s mission and platform to prospects to pique their interest
  • Discuss each prospect’s digital advertising needs and uncover business opportunities to drive VidMob’s growth
  • Build relationships and nurture prospects to find sales openings that can be handed off to a Client Partner, who will then close the sale
  • Work closely with Client Partners to build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
  • Schedule meetings between Client Partners and prospects and ensure smooth handoff
  • Share feedback from the customer to help improve the product and the sales process
  • Perform daily prospecting activities including:
    • Pre-call research and planning
    • Connecting with prospects on the phone or via video conference
    • Following up with previous contacts and nurturing leads
    • Maintaining Salesforce records and documenting sales conversations
    • Social selling
Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Effective and concise communication skills (written, verbal, public speaking)
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed as a part of a team
  • Skilled in understanding customer needs and nurturing long-term relationships
  • Proactive problem-solver who enjoys autonomy and taking initiative
  • Comfortable making cold calls
  • A basic understanding of the inbound sales process and the SaaS industry
  • Preferred: experience with Salesforce, Intercom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Apps
