About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate to join the Third Party Collections/Recovery Oversight and Review Team

In this role, you will:
  • Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups
  • Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners
  • Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
  • Analyze and study account level information to ensure proper documents were provided by our third-party vendors
  • Extract loan documentation from various consumer lending system of records
  • Compile all loan documentation into a package in preparation for account testing validation
  • Test account information regarding timeliness, accuracy, and execution of state/federal guidelines
  • Review and complete Exception clearing
  • Interact/communicate with third party vendors to review findings and potential issues identified in account level testing
  • Create action item write up and review when applicable
  • Create test scripts and work with internal partners to ensure proper vetting and review occurs as part of the process
  • Conduct and facilitate various meetings with internal partners and senior leaders
  • Create and communicate decks with testing results and data to a wide range of audiences
  • Ensure timeliness of reviews and validate testing schedules are adhered to
  • Communicate and escalate any risks or potential issues
  • Provide and/or participate with audits or ad hoc projects as needed
  • Assist with SHRP and CA controls and completions
  • Create and help build proper controls
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 6+ months of Business Operations, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and understanding of Tableau
  • Experience creating pivot tables and performing data analysis in Excel
  • Ability to strategically analyze data and diagnose opportunities and interventions
  • A BS/BA degree or higher
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience in collections or recovery experience
  • Experience in bankruptcy regulations
  • Experience reviewing complaints and complaints data
  • Experience with CCS SOR
  • Knowledge and experience with consumer lending and CCS products
  • Experience building presentations for senior leaders
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish / English

Job Expectations:
  • Candidate must reside within a commutable distance to the address listed in the posting but may have the option to work from home. Ability to provide and work from a home office. This allows our team to collaborate as needed for training, team meetings, or other business as needed
  • Hybrid work schedule Monday-Friday with 3 days in the office, with the option of 2 days from home
