  • A seasoned client executive with a proven track of growing accounts and providing domain solutions and IT consulting services
  • A specialist with minimum of 15 years of demonstrated success driving double digit account growth while beating profitability goals;
  • A person with a deep understanding of the specific domain and demonstrated experience selling and leading large transformation programs in digital, cloud, data or app modernization;
  • An outgoing, strategic leader who engages with CxO’s and line of business leaders as a trusted partner to expand account footprint and increase account wallet share while ensuring account strong NPS scores;
  • Someone who possess experience selling domain focused, technology services and consulting in specific vertical and/or account
  • Able to build a comprehensive account plan and collaborate with solutions, marketing, delivery and various support teams to deliver results;
  • Familiar with varied business challenges impacting specific vertical/account and have the ability to succinctly articulate value proposition with clients and delivery functions in a complex, highly matrixed, and professional service company;
  • Someone who possess a bachelor Degree in Business or IT; and
  • Willing to travel a minimum of 30% (please note: domestic AND international travel will be required) to client and team locations.


  • CxO’s, line of business leadership at leading enterprise clients
  • A global team to understand client strategic objectives, critical spending priorities and provide domain centric solutions and services to enable innovation and drive business transformation
  • Client executive leadership to align to critical strategic objectives by conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)
  • Solutions teams to craft winning engagement models and innovative proposals that drive measurable client value and create long term client relationships
  • A team to strive for maximum profitability within accounts and help to make the marginal business more profitable
  • The client team to identify opportunities and validate and refine business model (dedicated team, outcome based, project-based, T&M) to conform to client needs
  • The team to bridge to resolve (and sometimes identify) methodology, tool, and team-related issues with client-side executives
  • The team to establish a strategic relationship heatmap and comprehensive profile of client organization decision-makers and routinely engage to gain visibility and audience 'up' and 'across' the client organization
  • Solutions & marketing teams to develop an account-based marketing plan to expand connections and build brand across lines of business within assign portfolio


  • Achieve superior client NPS scores and provide input into Client participation in SoftServe’s NPS process
  • Monitor customer satisfaction at each stakeholder level and initiate changes needed to increase satisfaction
  • Provide leadership and support to ensure high employee satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Account Executive on accounts that will be added to your portfolio
