Course Developers translate our employee technical training and development needs into engaging courses. Course Developer responsibilities include selecting appropriate instructional methods, defining time frames and preparing training materials in physical and digital formats. If you have experience structuring educational programs and are familiar with both classroom-style and web-based courses, you may qualify.

Eligibility Criteria:
Years of Experience: 5 years in Training and/or course development
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree, or comparable experience in technical training development
Primary Responsibilities and Expectations:
  • Web based Training Development
  • Conduct skills gap analyses
  • Design detailed educational curriculum, including dates, topics and number of hours required per course
  • Create engaging training course content (videos, quizzes, and activities)
  • Set learning objectives for each course
  • Determine evaluation criteria
  • Organize physical and digital resources for instructors and trainees
  • Provide training manuals
  • Follow up with trainees and instructors after each course and collect feedback
  • Research and recommend modern educational methods (e.g., gamification)
  • Ensure on time delivery of projects
  • Project Management of tasks/projects
  • Design and create hardware certifications
  • Mandatory Skills:
  • Microsoft PPT, Excel, and Word, Effective communication, fluent Technical English, ability to write clear instructional copy, familiarity with Performance Based Equipment Training (PBET) or ADDIE training models or similar.
  • Desirable Skills:
  • Photo editing (helpful) , animation creation, Visio, Video editing (VR), experience with Learning Management Software (LMS); Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Presentation skills, Articulate Storyline, Audio editing (Wellsaid), Adobe FrameMaker, and storyboard creation (video, VR, movies, etc).
