Our Legal Managed Services - Discovery team will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients manage complex legal business processes. EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE), GIAC Certified Forensic Examiner (GCFE), GIAC Advanced Smartphone Forensics (GASF), Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) and/or Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA)

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:

  • Delivering forensic technology, eDiscovery services, and building relationships with clients;
  • Demonstrating working experience with any of the following products / tools: Nuix, Relativity, EnCase, Cellebrite (UFED, Physical Analyzer, Collector, Inspector), FTK, Microsoft 365 suite (including Core and Advanced eDiscovery), Google Suite (including Google Vault), Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Notes/Domino, or Apple products;
  • Executing and managing forensic collections of computers (Windows and MacOS based), mobile phones (Android and iOS), and other electronic devices using various forensic tools;
  • Performing deep dive forensic analysis on the above mentioned electronic devices leveraging forensic artifacts to report on user activity;
  • Advising clients on setting up legal holds on various cloud platforms (such as M365, Google, Dropbox, and others) and experience extracting data from those platforms;
  • Identifying and addressing client needs, actively participating in client discussions and meetings, communicating a broad range of firm services, managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents, and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues; and identifying new business opportunities at existing and prospective clients; and,
  • Creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members, providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner, and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues.
