About you:

  • A passion for closing new business and being a member of a winning team
  • A strategic thinker and can put the pieces together for end-to-end solutioning
  • Enjoys solution selling and collaborating with team members to build client solutions
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Able to negotiate contract terms, and pricing
  • Comfortable selling direct and with/through strategic channel partners
  • Expert at hunting new business and new partners
  • Consistent track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Able to build trusting relationships with prospects and clients
  • Comfortable working within a CRM environment
  • Understands forecasting and able to forecast business accurately
  • Takes the time to research prospects and able to develop a strategy on how best to approach
  • Keen interest and understanding of business workflow, technology, and technical terms
  • Able to travel up to locally up to 25%
  • Experience selling into B2B across all vertical’s midmarket to national accounts, SLED (State, Local and Education)

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • 5-10 years selling hardware/software solutions, consulting services, or enterprise software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and think strategically
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Well-developed presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Have a proven business development track record and demonstrated sales achievement
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Detail orientated
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Position located in the Northeast

This role is based in the office at our Manchester, CT headquarters.

Salary Range: $70-90K with OTE $170-$190K
