The Director, Strategic Partnerships, will be responsible for identifying and cultivating partnership opportunities where YourBio Health products and services are complementary to partner business or enhance our base product offering. They will identify the right targets, develop the right pitch, and initiate discussions leading to strategic partnerships helping YourBio Health meet longer term revenue objectives and increased overall value.

Cultivate a strong client base

  • Develop prospects with the goal of partnering where there are meaningful synergies to use YourBio Health products and services to add value to their business offering
  • Develop and implement a recommendation on what companies can complement YourBio capabilities with clearly defined strategies and objectives

Ensure technical delivery of all programs with excellence

  • Effectively translate business and technical requirements to partner and internal teams
  • Partner with Product Manager, R&D and IT to understand ability and requirements to execute a partnership – finding synergies across like clients where possible

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to complete reports and presentations.

Education and Experience:

  • BA required with at least 10 years business development experience with knowledge of the diagnostic or wellness industries

Location: Medford, MA. (Remote location is an option), must be willing to travel up to 60% to meet potential clients and attend industry events.
