To support our business, we are looking for an E-Commerce Manager NSA.

Position Summary:

In this role you will manage an established and growing eCom portfolio of products in the Consumer Electronics, Photography and Color identification space. You will develop a digital ecosystem of e-Commerce technologies and work closely with internal teams to execute and grow your strategic online channel plan. In particular with Amazon and other relevant online platforms.

You’ll work collaboratively with a team of talented and passionate sales and marketing people and build new sales channels on some of the largest e-Commerce platforms.

This role will focus on developing and implementing a new e-Commerce strategy to drive sales growth and build new revenue streams, by managing an established product-line and introducing new products to existing and new marketplaces.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

In this role you will:

  • Review and upgrade the e-Commerce strategic business plan.
  • Create, maintain and optimize a digital ecosystem of e-commerce technologies, marketing platforms, databases and analytics tools, while interfacing with other internal and external stakeholders
  • Accelerate our existing business with Amazon to drive profitable and sustainable growth and building a strong partnership
  • Expand and grow the business to potential eCom Marketplaces in South America
  • Clarify and measure best in class execution of our brand on all key customer e-Commerce platforms specifically Amazon
  • Build, develop and maintain online account promotional calendars and tactics for our e-Commerce platforms
  • Working collaboratively with the sales and marketing managers in the regions to support country strategy across all e-commerce channels
  • Review sales data with the sales managers to maximize performance opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal resources on custom product availability, order flow, order issues etc. (interfacing with sales-admin, logistics, demand planning, marketing, support)

Experience & Qualifications:

You have:

  • Degree in economics or comparable qualification; ideally with focus on online marketing or e-commerce.
  • At least 3 years’ experience of implementing e-Commerce strategies and programs at both internal and external level.
  • A proven track record of success in implementing a multi-channel e-Commerce strategy (Amazon is a must).
  • Excellent understanding of e-Commerce tools and solutions and experience of developing the key areas of marketing, selling and full filling to deliver growth plans.
  • 1+ year of experience in leading multi-channel end-to-end e-commerce store operations.
  • Pro-active and results driven, focused on achieving smart goals with a strong commitment to the business and teamwork.
  • 4+ years of e-commerce operation and management experience on major e-commerce platforms such as, Amazon, eBay, Tmall, JD; Ideally 2+ years of operation experience.
  • Hands-on experience and solid operation knowledge to help client build e-commerce operation capability, including but not limit to SKU building and selection, campaign planning and management, vendor management, and platform partnership.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for growth and in exploring new ideas.
  • Proven experience in applying well-developed problem-solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, analytical).
  • Excellent IT skills including strong Excel.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent team player with a collaborative approach.
  • Hands-on able to demonstrate initiative and a positive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to quickly establish key priorities and secure support from colleagues, including senior management and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to think outside the box.
