Softworld is currently seeking an entry level Technical Recruiter to join a high performing team in our Waltham, MA office. In this role you will receive the training, tools, and opportunities needed to build a career in the Staffing Industry. The Technical Recruiter will be supporting some of Softworld’s largest clients, filling contract and permanent positions across all areas of technology. This is a fast paced position with unlimited earning potential.



Job Responsibilities

  • Source and develop relationships with technical consultants by searching internal databases, job boards, LinkedIn and other candidate sources.
  • Develop strong business relationships with IT Consultants by networking, cold/warm calling, and referral generation for placement into our clients.
  • Recruit for specific technical positions with key Softworld clients on a daily/weekly basis as assigned by management.
  • Regularly meet and exceed high call volume and candidate submittal metrics set by management.
  • Utilize internal database, job boards, LinkedIn, Social Media, User Groups, and other sources to identify and recruit consultants to be placed into jobs.
  • Develop technical expertise in a variety of technical areas.
  • Manage candidates through the entire recruiting life cycle including submittal, interview preparation, offer acceptance, and onboarding.
  • Provide best in class service to Softworld’s consultants ensuring that their needs and expectations are being met through the entire placement process.
  • Meet or exceed activity and financial goals as set by your manager



Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree preferred. Preferred fields include Business, Communication, Marketing and Technology. All majors will be considered.
  • Strong work ethic and drive to get the job done.
  • Must be able to work within a high energy/high intensity environment.
  • High sense of honesty and integrity when performing work
  • Superior sense of customer service in order to provide a best in class experience for both Softworld clients and consultants.
  • Willingness to embrace a “Pay for Performance” mentality in order to increase your earnings potential based on the amount of business you help generate for the company.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to be comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Must be a goal-oriented team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to interact directly with all types of Information Technology professionals, including qualifying their suitability for specific jobs, in a sales environment.
  • Learn and stay up to date on technology trends, industries and job functions.
  • An interest in learning from both junior and tenured professionals within the Staffing Industry.
