Would you like to use your cell biology knowledge to help scientists make the latest advances across genomics, antibody discovery and gene editing? As a Field Application Scientist you would be working with researchers in these areas across academia and biopharma.

You would provide pre and post-sales support, as well as demos, training and troubleshooting for an innovative bench-top cell sorter across the North-West of North America. Your main customers will be based in South San Francisco, but you could be visiting customers from North LA up to Alaska and everything in between.

The technology you would be working with has a lot of applications, and it is also very user friendly and simple to train people on. So you'll be working across lots of areas of life science and you will also use your expert feedback to play a hand in new product development.

You will partner with a sales specialist in your territory but will also work closely alongside marketing. This is a fast growing company so plenty of room for career growth in the near future as the company keeps expanding.

You don't have to have field application experience (though we still want to hear from you if you do). If you have an academic/research background in flow cytometry, immunology or even just broader cell biology you could be a good fit. A PhD is nice but not a dealbreaker if you don't have one have a strong background in flow cytometry/immunology/cell biology.

The base salary is strong and there is also a team based commission on top. You will also receive car allowance, office allowance and flight reimbursement.

If you think this could be for you, please apply and we will get back to you.
