Our client that manufactures laser cutting and bending machines is seeking a Director of Global Key Account Management, Market Region Americas.


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

 Design, implement and execute strategies for assigned key accounts and establish and execute key account management plans in alignment with regional sales strategy and market developments;

 Develop and exceed new account targets, annual sales targets, and budget;

 Convince assigned key accounts to list company as preferred supplier in order to involve into future or existing projects;

Establish position as primary contact for defined key accounts; design and establish contact points

 Effectively communicate with a wide at all levels internally & externally;

 Support key account customers with solution finding, providing service and maintenance, while identifying new opportunities for growth;

 Ensure awareness of key accounts on global level and identify cross selling opportunities into and from other markets;

 Develop and establish a lifecycle support plan for equipment with global customers

 Ensure efficacy and efficiency of relationship management by applying CRM system, agreed processes, procedures and reports;

 Constantly seek to improve current systems, documentation and ways of working for further success;

 Identify and pursue tender opportunities in line with defined process;

 Support the subsidiaries and key accounts throughout the offer process, from lead to final

negotiations;

 Check and monitor creditworthiness of customer according to credit management policy and in cooperation with the finance department, while minimizing business risks;

 Contribute to the analyses and solving of payment issues with allocated existing customers in cooperation with finance department;

 Align business solutions in cooperation with Sales, Marketing and R&D. Identify gaps and opportunities in company services and advise R&D department;

 Reliably submit executive business reviews monthly, future sales pipelines, customer status updates, and suggested actions if applicable;

 Generate performance reports from CRM system, analyze and interpret findings. Identify trends and propose and implement corrective actions if needed.
