Your Tasks

  • Troubleshooting, diagnostic, installation, maintenance and repair of HP products.Basic SW handling, Maintenance Service, Supporting Activities / Network hands & eyes, as well as IMACD Activities
  • A very strong relationship with dispatch is vital and must be sought.
  • Maintaining and monitoring daily communication tools, FMA, phone, voicemail and email.
  • Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining updates to all respective support departments.
  • Ensuring best practice standards and common sense are always sought.
  • Maintaining tools, devices and other company supplied equipment.
  • Adherence to all part process and procedures.
  • Meeting health and human services, environmental health and safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Utilizing escalation and support process’s to resolve service delivery issues.
  • Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.
  • The ability to lift and carry parts that can weigh up to 50 lbs.
  • Adhering to current regulatory requirements.
  • Adherence to all employee administration and deadlines, Overtime, Expenses, Mileage Declaration.
  • Break&Fix Activities (Deskside Support)

Our Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Working technical knowledge of standard (Windows operating systems and business software to allow for resolution of software application issues or full rebuild of the PC (image, applications & Customer data)
  • Working technical knowledge, in order to address Service Work Orders, for PCs, laptops, printers (including packaging printers), cabling, televisions, projectors (‘beamer’), phones, tablets, SIM cards, peripherals (e.g. keyboards or mice) and site security equipment (access readers, time badging, cameras etc.)
  • Customer facing soft skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to apply intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common IT and business issues.
  • Works on problems/projects of moderately medium-complex scope.
  • Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action.
  • Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.
  • For Dedicated Engineers at Customer Locations, engineers will have experience and knowledge of the location (Accenture would expect that any change of engineer resources at Customer Locations with a Dedicated Engineer would be kept to a minimum). Additionally, for Dispatch Engineers, Accenture would expect that resources will be from a limited pool of resources, so as to maintain knowledge and experience of Customer Locations
  • Ability to provide disposal services (including decommissioning, packaging, transporting and physical disposal or recycling if required)
  • Hands and eyes support
  • Fluent in the local language and a basic level of English language skill
