The New York office of Noë and Associates is seeking a design-savvy Junior Account Manager with 1-2 years of relevant work experience to help deliver creative solutions across strategy, content and production for world renowned premium brand, architecture and design clients. 


The Junior Account Manager will report to the Account Director / Client Services Director and assist in managing project deliverables, including graphic design, print advertising, website development, collateral development, film/content production, architectural renderings and photography. The role is located 4 days in our head office in Soho, New York with 1 day work from home on Friday.

Responsibilities include:

  • Liaising and fielding client requests and being a link between client and creative teams and project vendors
  • Scheduling and coordinating client-facing and internal meetings 
  • Writing status reports throughout the duration of the project 
  • Ensuring projects are on time, within budget and communication is flowing effectively
  • Provide quality control for all work to be submitted to clients
  • Administrative tasks to keep projects well managed and organized 

Ideal candidate should possess following skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized with a keen eye for detail 
  • Proactive attitude, ability to work collaboratively with teams
  • Multi-tasking and ability to manage multiple deliverables/projects
  • Critical thinking and strategic problem solving
  • Preferably, prior experience and passion for real estate, hospitality and luxury brands 
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs and Sheets
