Work Hours: Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM CST
Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager Role:
As a part of our collective team interfacing directly with our clients, prospects, and carrier partners, you will be responsible for consistently delivering our client experience. The very best AP Houston team members are teachers at heart. They are clear, compassionate communicators who enjoy connecting with people through information and education. Working alongside the Producers and the Personal Lines team, the Account Manager provides customer service by handling the day-to-day operations of clients' insurance needs. The Account Manager will support the design and recommend proper insurance and risk management services to clients. The Account Manager has superior insurance product knowledge and is familiar with the specific policies offered by the agency's carriers. The Account Manager may also assist in the production of new and renewal accounts.
