As part of the Pre-Sales Organization, the Overlay Solutions Architect is expected to engage in both new account pursuits and inside sales, providing highly technical and consultative sales support, delivering engaging presentations and demos, establishing competitive positioning, and influencing sales strategy in opportunities. As an Overlay, this role will additionally perform tasks that typically belong to an Account Executive, such as delivering presentations on Avtex/TTEC/Genesys, assist the AE with business reviews, and interface with vendors for quoting and discounting.

During a Typical Day, You'll

  • Present Avtex and Genesys company and product overviews to prospective and existing clients for both TTEC Digital and TTEC Engage Digital (integrated) opportunities.
  • Provide Genesys and Avtex IP marketing materials to prospective and existing clients.
  • Participate in RFP Executive Summary content strategy and review, to align it with the sales and solution strategy.
  • Assist with manufacturer (Genesys, etc) deal registration, quote requests and review/corrections, and discount requests.
  • Mentor Account Executives that do not have experience working with Genesys and other ecosystem vendors, in the vendor-specific technologies, go-to-market, competitive positioning, incentive programs, etc.
  • Assist Account Executives in requesting references for Genesys-specific opportunities.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Bachelor's degree in IT-related discipline preferred; relevant experience in an IT environment considered.
  • A minimum of 9 years of experience in the IT field working with key Avtex focus technologies such as Genesys and/or other Contact Center platforms, Unified Communications, Dynamics, or other CRM etc.
  • Current or past Technical Certifications in related technologies, such as Genesys or competitive products (Cisco, Avaya, Genesys, Aspect), Networking Vendors (e.g., Cisco, Juniper), and Operating Systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux) preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the solutions offered by Avtex and its strategic partners, with the ability to effectively communicate these solutions to clients.
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills to include ability to quickly establish credibility and trust.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to develop consultative relationships with customers and partners to understand needs and identify opportunities.
  • Superior negotiation skills with ability to overcome objections.
  • Superior internal communication and presentation skills demonstrating influence and persuasion, including the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
  • Ability to quickly and independently learn new technologies.
  • Demonstrated drive to deliver high levels of customer experience and satisfaction.

What You Can Expect

The anticipated range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $125 - $160 This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
