Originating from the UK, we have been operating in the US since 2014 with an ever-growing team across our Boston and Los Angeles offices, and we will be launching our flagship Canadian office. What will you be doing?

  • Working with globally-recognized brands to source industry-leading professionals for their teams;
  • Building meaningful relationships with safety and environmental professionals across North America;
  • Developing client accounts and researching new market opportunities;
  • Learning recruitment best practices from internal and external sales experts;
  • Contributing to the development of our company culture and becoming a valuable member of our team.


What do you need?

  • Sales, staffing, or recruitment experience;
  • Inquisitive nature with an eye for detail;
  • Fantastic work ethic and a resourceful approach to solving problems;
  • Ambitious and motivated to achieve personal/team goals;
  • A willingness to conquer new markets on a strong commission scheme;
  • Organized and able to manage competing priorities;
  • Innate ability to connect with others and form meaningful relationships;
  • A commitment to continual professional development.
