Augustine Property Management is a growing, privately-held regional Property Management Company headquartered based in Kansas City, MO. We currently own and operate a dozen manufactured home communities in four states, and are set to acquire several more in the coming months.
We are presently seeking an individual who will manage the administration of a portfolio of manufactured home communities in the Midwest in an efficient and profitable manner, including mentoring and motivating team members to meet goals while maintaining community appearance; resident satisfaction; sales; occupancy; revenue generation; and cost control.
As a successful Regional Manager, you will:
Reports to: Director of Operations
Supervises: Community Managers
Salary Range: $50,000-$70,000 per year, based on experience. Benefits are negotiable. Eligible for discretionary bonuses, both performance based and year end discretionary bonuses of $10,000 to $40,000 per year.
Fringe Benefits: None, unless otherwise provided/committed.
