Registered Nurse – Oncology Nurse Coordinator (Monday – Friday) About the Job:
This Nurse will join the team in the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders setting. The Nurse Coordinator will have a designated patient load and work closely with Physicians and Advance Practice professionals. Some Highlighted Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in providing chemotherapy, blood transfusions and various other IV medication infusions.
Coordinate patient education and ongoing plan of care throughout the patient’s treatment
This position is scheduled to work 9 hours per day, four days a week (Monday – Friday) With potential to cover an occasional weekend shift. No Holidays required.

Experience: Two years of experience working as a RN in pediatric nursing. Two years of experience working in hematology Oncology is required. Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing License: Texas RN license Certification: AHA BLS/CPR
