Job description:

We are actively seeking experienced and passionate Brand Ambassadors/ Sales Support with extensive sales background to join our Boutique and Spa team. This role will be part of the Boutique and Spa Team and will be responsible to support the daily needs and requirements of the business from day-to-day support for the main sales floor, to extending assistance to the spa area of the Boutique and Spa, selling, and delivering highest level of service to clients. Role Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Provide a high standard in customer service
  • Advise and recommend fit skincare regimens catered to client’s needs
  • Maintain Boutique and Spa cleaning and hygiene standards for all areas such as Sales Floor and Treatment Rooms
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business
  • Work with management team on special in-store events that align with our brand image and maximize awareness
  • Help management with inventory tasks
  • Confidently offer and conduct consultations for all walk-in customers (including high profile customers)
  • Manage front of house duties such as checking clients in/out while ensuring a positive and warm experience and maintaining a clean and professional environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early and late shifts, weekends & holidays.
  • Be a true ambassador of the brand.

Skills & Knowledge Required:

  • Advanced knowledge of beauty products
  • Proven sales experience within the beauty sector
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record of sales achievement
  • Outstanding communication and verbal skills
  • Ability to provide genuine and personalized skin care recommendations
  • Confidence and discretion a must
  • Excellent track record in building a strong client book
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision

You Also Have:

  • Extensive retail experience, preferably in a customer focused, cosmetics environment.
  • Previously demonstrated successful sales experience, exceeding quota.
  • Ability to learn and utilize POS Systems, clientele tools and software.
  • Aesthetician license/certifications a plus.
