RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Existing relationships with decision makers in the beverage, food, health and beauty industries preferred.
  • Manage and grow company revenue through prospecting; via social media, blogs, print, tv, retail shopping, and market research; disciplined pipeline management.
  • Constantly add to your pipeline of prospective clients and number of new connections; making as many necessary outgoing calls as it takes to reach and exceed sales goals.
  • Drive, maintain and grow the full sales cycle: researching targets, identifying decision makers, making introduction calls, zoom, emails, in-person meetings, following up and maintaining relationships while assessing clients’ goals through asking intelligent and informed qualifying questions and closing the deal.
  • Becoming an expert in full line of products, features and benefits.
  • Researching competitors and identify opportunities within the global marketplace.
  • Making recommendations quickly to suit the client’s needs and highlighting the uniqueness of the company’s customized solutions, asking probing questions and handling objections.
  • Maintaining an accurate sales forecast for the current quarter, next quarter, and year achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Becoming a true partner to your clients, identifying opportunities for account retention and growth through contract expansion, introducing new services and products.
  • Well organized with an extreme attention to detail and timelines.
  • Ability to work in conditions which include multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities, extended work schedules, and specific time constraints.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s or advanced degree is a plus
  • Experience prospecting with senior-level leadership
  • B2B sales experience
  • Track record of over achievement on goals or quotas
  • Multiple key relationships in related industries
  • Supply chain experience
  • Excellent communication skills with no fear of the phone
  • Positive attitude and a competitive drive to win
  • Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time within a fast-paced environment
