The Sales Planning Manager, as part of the Revenue Generating team, will be an integral part of driving a Gross Margin centric culture, helping bridge sales and agents' needs with relevant and impactful content, tools and solutions. As a key member of the Sales Operations team, you will actively listen to the Sales Team/Market to be able to obtain insights for improvement and work within the company with the agility to execute on those opportunities.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement best practices for building long-term strategic relationships with our Agents
  • Influence and educate Agents to align them on best practices. Identify ways to optimize each step in the customer lifecycle and drive engagement
  • Effectively design content and tools to increase our seller's level of knowledge and confidence in serving our customers and the business, ensuring all Agents have a clearly defined value proposition
  • Implement programs designed to drive pipeline and growth in the existing accounts
  • Track and analyze new KPIs that can drive success across the organization, and adjust operational processes to hit these new KPIs
  • Promote a Gross Margin centric mindset enabling agents and sales team to maximize revenue generation
  • Actively work on product education, activation, usage, and expanding user base among existing agents
  • Work closely with internal teams to relay Sales/Agent needs, pain points, and experiences to drive product strategy and process improvements


Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 3+ years of related work experience in Sales, Marketing, or Communications
  • Bachelor’s degree with preference in Economics, Business, Marketing
  • Great communications skills, at a personal level and confidently deliver presentations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools (including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Highly personable, energetic, motivated self-starter, proactive and action-oriented
  • Strong project management skills
  • Spanish speaking fluency is a plus
