Sales Process Specialist, BPS


RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for providing BPS Sales teams with the support and resources needed to maximize sales opportunities by working with prospects, Sales personnel, and other departments in order to process all sales opportunities efficiently and effectively.

  • Interacts with BPS Sales personnel and management in regard to reports, information, correspondence and quote pricing process, processing purchases, and executing contracts.
  • Interacts with prospects and clients for information collection and sales purposes.
  • Processes credit card purchases, maintenance contracts, and renewals.
  • Develops and implements policies, procedures, and standards that maintain accurate sales processes, reporting, and analytics.
  • Trains Sales personnel on processes, procedures, and pricing changes.
  • Works with product developers to track and communicate product changes, enhancements, and rollouts to Sales personnel.
  • Understands and correctly utilizes internal resources and systems.
  • Develops and maintains user guides for various sales systems.
  • Generates sales numbers for reports.
  • Generates, compiles and creates sales activity numbers.



Job Requirements:

Education/Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s Degree in related field is preferred.
  • Five years of experience in related field is preferred.

Knowledge/Skills

  • Proven problem solving skills. Proficient in using Word and Excel; working knowledge of database computer programs. Able to plan and organize workflow under narrow time limitations.
  • Communicates tactfully and effectively, verbally and in writing, and maintains effective work relations with those encountered in the course of employment.
  • Strong computer and software skills, Microsoft Suite, CRM systems.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced sales organization, prioritizing and handling multiple projects and tasks Well-developed presentation skills.
