In this role, you will:
  • Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with change implementation impact
  • Develop communication and training plans
  • Identify and monitor resolution of issues, escalating as necessary
  • Identify best practices and recommend new workflows and procedures
  • Perform complex administrative, transactional, and operational support tasks
  • Provide maintenance support for project teams and assist in determining implementation strategy
  • Provide input to project manager and project teams on appropriate implementation strategy, methods, and plans
  • Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to team
  • Interact with team, peers, management, and technology on implementation of strategy
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Providing input to change owners on appropriate use of Change Control Program and ensures standards are met.
  • Experience serving as risk control point within Change Control Center Tool and ensures compliance to Change Control Procedures.
  • Ability to coordinates agenda and facilitates Change Control Board Meetings.
  • Identifies and monitors resolution of issues, escalating as necessary; ensures task completion according to established timelines.
  • May develop communication and training plans; provides input to training design and may participate in delivery.
  • May identify best practices and recommend new workflows and/or procedures.
  • May also be responsible for varied business administrative initiatives
  • May participate in UAT testing efforts for projects and ad-hoc requests including coordination of multiple resources.
  • Ensure documentation is in compliance with corporate standards, established guidelines, and easily understood by the end-user.
  • Updates sites that host change documents, reports, and/or group information.
Job Expectations:
  • This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.

  • Work shift: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday (Shift is subject to change based upon business needs)
