OptumRx is looking for a self-motivated individual with comprehensive data systems implementation experience to solve complex Business problems.  We are seeking a candidate that is a Senior level technical resource responsible for client installation, maintenance, monitoring, and reporting to ensure accuracy of clinical client implementations.  The role will be in a fast-paced environment working collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams with responsibility for deliverables to the Optum Rx Clinical Engagement team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Execute and drive all CPP data operations including implementation for client installations, maintenance, monitoring, and reporting for all clinical programs
  • Clinical client 1/1 Readiness and monthly onboarding to ensure contractual agreements are met
  • Client Installations and Maintenance
  • Client Data Validation (Program elections, branding configuration, Fulfillment Monitoring)
  • Responsible for Managed Table Maintenance (Branding and Fulfillment)
  • Interface with IT and Clinical Program owners to ensure installation accuracy
  • Utilize source of truth documents for all client installations (client CAGs, program elections/components, branding, setup requirements)
  • Manages QC of client setup in CPP, including validation of client data and various process
  • Responsible for client brand management (logos, disclaimers, plan reference, etc.), client platform setup & maintenance, end-to-end implementation process maintenance and creation including writing job aids, process flows
  • Create SOP documents and Process Flows, and identify areas for efficiency improvements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years Quality Control / Assurance experience
  • Intermediate to advanced EXCEL, Visio, and PowerPoint skills
  • Intermediate to advanced data management skills
  • Experience working in fast passed highly scaled Agile environment
  • Competency to convert research and business requirements to process plans and specifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree
  • 5+ years of PBM or Healthcare experience
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid presentation and meeting facilitation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player productively and proactively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and constantly changing environment
  • Training in Six Sigma, Lean and/or process improvement experience
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skillsExcellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills, and ability to balance multiple deliverables
  • Able to recognize process inefficiencies / opportunities and solution with minimal supervision

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
