The Normal Brand is a fast-growing apparel company that sells clothing and accessories online and in over 500 stores in the US. We're opening a new retail brick-and-mortar store in Dallas and we need a hard working, personable, goal-oriented store manager. The store will be an experience where a clean, fresh, enjoyable, interesting, and fun environment is of utmost importance. Thinking independently and outside the box is key.


  • Facilitate retail sales and encourage upselling to maximize revenue
  • Manage store staff and inventory
  • Monitor inventory levels and place replenishment orders as needed
  • Ensure store is adequately and efficiently staffed during all business hours
  • Maintain appearance of store and merchandise/re-merchandise according to brand standards
  • Create weekly promotional events
  • Set employee schedules
  • Coach, train, and monitor employee performance
  • Enforce brand and customer service standards throughout the store and staff
  • Promote a safe and clean environment for customers and staff


  • 5+ years retail apparel management experience
  • Self-starter

What will make you stand out

  • Fashion/apparel industry experience
  • Proficiency with Shopify and Shopify POS
  • Familiarity with Photoshop and/or Illustrator
  • Experience as an apparel buyer
  • Excellent fashion sense
