Job Title – Paid Social Media Buyer (Remote)



Internet Adventures is hiring a Paid Social Media Buyer to join our new agency team. We are looking for someone with 1-3 years experience with Facebook Ads. We are a performance driven company at heart so this person should be comfortable with aggressive KPIs on ROAS, ROI, and CPA. This role will own day to day management and strategy across key client accounts, as well as advise on creative, copy & conversion optimization where appropriate. As our second hire, you will work closely with the founder and receive in depth training and mentorship.



 



About us: Internet Adventures is a high-growth startup (just launched in July). Half our focus is high-end media buying services for b2b and b2c clients on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest & Linkedin. Our other focus is launching, and growing social-good ecommerce brands that we own.



 



What you’ll do:



·      Audit client accounts for performance insights and opportunities



·      Own day to day execution including ad uploading, budget pacing, and optimizations



·      Media planning for your book of clients (including breaking out monthly budgets into flights, and allocating budgets appropriately across initiatives and channels)



·      Test planning (including ideation, prioritization, and roadmap)



·      Document agency processes for new hires



·      Work with contract designers, copywriters and videographers to get high performing assets made for clients



·      Own weekly calls with clients, create agenda, manage reporting as needed



 



Job Requirements:



·      1-3 years facebook ad experience with a focus on direct response



·      Experience spend at least 10k/month and hitting performance goals. The more performance spend you've managed the higher we can go on salary



·      Good with excel (pivot tables and regressions will be needed)



·      Proactive about hitting goals instead of reactive (we like to overdeliver)



·      Self-motivated, able to thrive in a mostly autonomous work environment



·      Flexible enough to meet the needs of a growing / changing startup



·   At least one reference that we can call who will speak positively about you



·      LOVE what you do



 



Priority will be given to applicants who:



·      Have worked both b2b and b2c accounts before



·      Have proficiency in more than one paid social channel (e.g. tiktok, snap, pinterest, linkedin, twitter)



·      Have a ‘special skill’ they can leverage to get better results for clients (photoshop for image design, after effects for video, copywriting for ads and landers etc…)



·      Demonstrate a growth mindset and a passion for learning
