The Position and Requirement
TalentWall is seeking an experienced full-stack web engineer who will be responsible for developing our flagship recruiting software.
This person will be a team leader as well as an individual contributor.
We value people with self-awareness and experience with other fields, not only technical chops. Uncommon insights are valuable insights.
We are a remote-first company. Ideally you have remote experience.
As our first full-time permanent engineering hire, this role has a lot of growth potential.
You will report directly to the CTO.
An ideal candidate should have significant experience with:
- Ruby on Rails
- Angular (or React/Redux)
- Elixir and Phoenix are a big plus
This job requires:
