As an Optimization Manager, you are passionate about understanding the business drivers that improve performance and the range of features on Amazon’s DSP that enable them. You play a key role on the account team, growing the business by being the customer expert. You possess strong analytical ability, and will develop deep expertise in Amazon’s products and metrics to build campaigns and optimize performance to derive insights and meet our advertisers’ needs. You are a problem solver, able to find solutions to ambiguous situations on your own. This is a client-facing role that is also responsible for identifying opportunities to drive incremental revenue and long-term growth. The Optimization Manager delivers consultative solutions for our partners, earning their trust by educating them on how to be successful on Amazon’s DSP. 

  • Become an Amazon DSP expert 
  • Develop campaign media plans that meet client objectives 
  • Develop project management skills to impact process improvements 
  • Work with Revive to develop procedures to scale services 
  • Evaluate KPIs and optimize campaign performance using a data driven approach 
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to deliver actionable insights & recommendations 
  • Interface with clients in a multitude of capacities 
  • Handle all stages of campaign life cycle from launch down to invoicing and payment 
  • Build relationship with Amazon representatives for two-way communication of best practices 
  • Work closely with management to accomplish companywide goals 

  • Bachelor's degree required 
  • Previous experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers 
  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel 
  • Ability to legally work in the United States 

  • 2+ years’ experience in digital advertising and client facing roles 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics or Business 
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills 
  • Adept at solving problems that span business and technology 
  • The ability to influence process improvements that scale broadly, while inventing and simplifying within existing processes 
  • Understanding of digital creative production, ad serving, cross-channel attribution, and media math
